de:volt LearnOverview

de:volt Learn

de:volt Learn teaches electronics with guided, hands-on lessons. Instead of multiple-choice quizzes, every lesson runs on the same in-browser circuit simulator as the de:volt editor and checks your actual circuit against a set of objectives. Build the thing, and the lesson marks itself complete.

Learn lives at learn.devoltapp.com.

How it works

  • Sign in with the same de:volt account you use for the simulator. The first time you visit, you confirm your age; learners under 13 can only take part through a classroom set up by a teacher.
  • Pick a course from the library and work through its modules in order.
  • Each lesson gives you a brief, a filtered parts palette, and a checklist of objectives. As you wire the circuit, objectives tick off automatically.
  • Progress is saved to your account, so you can stop and resume on any device.

See Courses & Lessons for what a lesson looks like and how objectives are checked.

Hobby, Pro, and classrooms

You are…You get…
Signed in (Hobby)The free Introduction to Electronics course
ProThe full library, including the Logic Gates course and the AI tutor
In a class (join code)The full library for your class, set by your teacher

A class join code gives students full access to Learn courses without an individual Pro subscription. It does not unlock the simulator’s Pro features. See Hobby vs Pro for the complete picture.

For teachers

de:volt Learn includes a live classroom system — join codes, assignments, marking, and live sessions — plus a no-code module creator. Teacher tools are invite-only; see Teaching.
